Delaire Graff at Mpilo Boutique Hotel

As the evenings event begins to come together so does the sunset start showing off from the Sky Restaurant as the guest take there seats. The brand Ambassador for Delaire Graff, Kerryn Brew also begins to take Stanlib’s guest of honour on a wine & food pairing journey.

On the Menu:

Amuse- Carrot & pulled Beef short Rib, Aioli pickled radish & house vinaigrette paired with the Delaire Graff Botmaskop (a red blend with dark berry aromas & smooth tannins finish)

• Starter- Cured Trout on a bed of Beetroot Carpaccio served with Fennel, Smoked Maldon salt & Ponzu sauce

• Mushroom Risotto with a Soy Sauce jelly, King Oyster Mushroom & parsley. both dishes paired with the Delaire Graff Sauvignon Blanc Coastal Cuvee (Blackberry, Gooseberry and Tropical fruit flavours with a fresh & crisp acidity finish)

Sorbet

• Main Course- Herb crusted Lamb Rack served with Pommes puree, parmesan foam, & confit baby carrots, cashew nuts soil and port jus.

• Cheesy Zucchini, roasted Peppers & Celery Roulade served with Baby Spinach, Sweet Potato Croquette, Balsamic Grilled Cherry Tomatoes & a Feta puree, Truffle & roast Garlic sauce paired with the Delaire Graff Summercourt Chardonnay.

Dessert- Bitter Chocolate mousse served with Mint Ice cream Raspberries, Coconut tuile & finished off with Orange Sauce paired with Delaire Graff Sunburst Noble Late Harvest.
