As the evenings event begins to come together so does the sunset start showing off from the Sky Restaurant as the guest take there seats. The brand Ambassador for Delaire Graff, Kerryn Brew also begins to take Stanlib’s guest of honour on a wine & food pairing journey.
On the Menu:
Amuse- Carrot & pulled Beef short Rib, Aioli pickled radish & house vinaigrette paired with the Delaire Graff Botmaskop (a red blend with dark berry aromas & smooth tannins finish)
Sorbet
Dessert- Bitter Chocolate mousse served with Mint Ice cream Raspberries, Coconut tuile & finished off with Orange Sauce paired with Delaire Graff Sunburst Noble Late Harvest.
