“Lesotho Wine” refers to the brand and all associated platforms and operations.
“We / Us / Our” refers to Lesotho Wine and its operators, including Station Off Sales (Liquor City Group).
“User / You” refers to any individual accessing our services.
“Event” refers to the Lesotho Wine Festival and associated experiences.
“Platform” refers to all websites, domains, and systems operated by Lesotho Wine, including future additions.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
4. Eligibility (18+)
All purchases and participation in events are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to request identification and deny service or entry where necessary.
5. Scope of Services

- Event ticketing and bookings

6. Ecommerce Orders & Purchases
All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
We sell wine, alcohol, merchandise, and event-related products online and in person.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
7. Ticketing & Digital Products
Event tickets are digital products delivered electronically via email.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Users are responsible for providing correct contact details and securing their tickets.
8. Wine Club & Membership Subscription Terms
The Lesotho Wine Club is a monthly recurring subscription service.
Membership includes curated wine selections, exclusive benefits, and event-related perks.
Membership terms:
- Monthly recurring billing applies
- Payments may be processed via Payfast, Yoco, EFT, or approved cashless systems
- Payfast is the preferred payment gateway
- Membership is strictly 18+ only
- Benefits may vary monthly and are subject to availability
- Fulfilment may occur in Lesotho or South Africa (Ladybrand collection point included)
- Uncollected allocations may be forfeited
Cancellation:
- Members may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued
We reserve the right to modify pricing, benefits, or structure with notice.
9. Event Terms & Entry Conditions
Entry to events is subject to:
- Valid ticket presentation
- Compliance with security procedures
- Adherence to Venue rules
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for misconduct or safety reasons.
10. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
All sales are generally final.
Tickets: non-refundable.
Merchandise: returns only under specific conditions.
Event cancellation may result in:
- Refund
- Rescheduled event
- Replacement event (current or following year)
Changes to events (Venue, timing, lineup) do not qualify for refunds.
11. Shipping, Fulfilment & Collection
Orders may be fulfilled via:
- Collection in Lesotho
- Collection at Liquor City Ladybrand (South Africa)
- Delivery where applicable
Customers are responsible for collection within the stated timeframe.
Uncollected items may be forfeited.
12. Cross-Border Purchases & Compliance
Cross-border transactions between Lesotho and South Africa require:
- Proof of purchase
- Valid identification
- Compliance with customs and transport regulations
Customers are responsible for legal compliance during transport.
13. Payments & Billing
We accept multiple payment methods including:
- Payfast
- Yoco
- EFT
- Cashless event systems
- Card and cash payments (where applicable)
We also utilise invoicing and POS systems for transaction records.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
14. Gift Items & Promotional Benefits
Certain purchases may include gifts or promotional items.
- Gifts must be collected within the specified timeframe
- Failure to collect results in forfeiture
- No replacement or refund is provided
15. Alcohol Sales & Responsibility
We promote responsible alcohol consumption.

- Refuse service to intoxicated individuals

16. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

All branding, content, and materials remain the property of Lesotho Wine.No reproduction or use is permitted without written consent.
19. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Personal injury (except where required by law)
- Loss or damage of personal property
- Event disruptions beyond our control
Attendance and participation are at your own risk.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lesotho Wine against claims arising from your use of our services or participation in events.
21. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including compliance with Lesotho law, POPIA (South Africa), and GDPR (where applicable).

- Cashless event systems
